This treatment traps moisture deep into the cortex of the hair.  It then works on the hair cuticle, binding the water to ensure the highest level of hydration possible encapsulating intrinsic moisture cytes from water.  Hydrating treatment will add resistance against the sun, wind, harsh weather, and chemical processes by increasing pliability for naturally beautiful, healthy shine.
